At Lakeshore we provide water polo lessons for children just learning the basics of the game, and we have four competitive age-defined teams that participate in the ALPS summer league. Since the start of the program in 1992, we have grown in numbers and our team has had an increasing amount of success. Our dedicated and well-trained coaching staff is there to help everyone progress throughout the season. Water Polo is a great way to stay in shape, meet new people, and have fun all summer long. We hope many of you will sign up and come out this year.

Lakeshore’s diving team had an awesome season last year with the turnouts getting better and better every summer! Each year we continue to reach new heights and improve in many different ways. Nevertheless, there’s always room for more divers! Everyone is encouraged to come out and give diving a try, regardless of age or experience. Joining the diving team is a great way to try something new, get more involved in pool life and make new friends. Participation in the competitions is not essential, but is always lots of fun! We hope to have a successful and fun-filled summer! Can’t wait to see all the returning divers as well as many new faces!
Age Group: All ages
Again this summer at Lakeshore, we will be offering synchro lessons as well as a competitive program. Beginners will enjoy the synchro lessons, where they can learn the basics of the sport. The synchro team requires more dedication, as a routine will be put together and performed at competitions held near the end of the summer, around the first two weeks of August. In the past years our teams, duets, and solos have been improving their standings at these competitions, and we hope to continue this trend during the coming summer. Our coaches are ready to offer a fun and exciting atmosphere for the swimmers, so come and make the best of your summer and join the Lakeshore Synchro Team!

An additional fee is required for a pocket mask, national lifesaving society handbook and for the final examination. Deadline for registration is June 7th. Hope to see all of you there, budding lifeguards!!!
The Masters program at Lakeshore pool is designed for adults who would like to improve their strokes and also get in great shape. This program is not competitive and will be adjusted to the needs of every type of swimmer. The Masters program is a great way to get in shape and to have fun. Hope to see you there!
The Leaders program at Lakeshore is designed to encourage young adolescents to take part in pool activities. It is a fun way to spend the summer, and one which will result in benefits and memories lasting a lifetime. Leaders will learn responsibility by helping lifeguards perform simple tasks around the pool and by helping organize events and fundraisers. It is not all work, Leaders have weekly outings such as movies, mini putt, bowling and dances. The leaders also have an end-of-season outing to LaRonde. As you can see this program is full of non-stop action where friends can be made and memories are built, we look forward to having a great summer.
